As many of you will know, we have decided to take part in the BUPA Great North Run 2006. Its a 13.1 mile course and we'll be running for the British Red Cross.

We would be grateful for any amount you wish to sponsor. We need to raise £600 between the two of us to justify the Red Cross entering us, and as an incentive, RBS has a community cash back scheme which means...

If we raise between £100 and £249, the Bank will give The British Red Cross an extra £100, between £250 and £499 they will give £250, and for £500 or over they will give £500! So the more we manage to raise, the more the Bank will give. One way of getting money out of a Bank!
