Update 7/7/08
I ran! Completed it in 67 minutes which is hardly Olympic stuff but a personal gobsmacker seeing as I wasn't even sure I'd be able to finish at all. I'm even inspired to think about running again next year and trying to shave off 10 mins or so.
So if lack of belief in my powers of running had stopped you from sponsoring me before - you can sponsor me now!
And many thank yous to those of you that did sponsor me without requiring any evidence that I could actually do it!

I can't run. But I will.
Hopefully this will help encourage me to enjoy running a bit more, and to raise money for NCB at the same time.
Not that I like to beg, but pleeeease sponsor me. It will make all the pain and soreness feel worthwhile.
