Hi!  Heather, Misel, Emily and Clare are running a 'Race for Life' 5k run in May to raise money for Cancer Research UK.   Please, please, please will you sponsor us?   Not only will you feel better for giving to "charidee" but you can also laugh at the thought of us trying to run, or more accurately, Heather trying to run........ (we've all seen it, it is hilarious!).  We've set ourselves a target of finishing in under 30 minutes, Heather will be happy to finish at all .
