Yes I know that its sponsor time again but as I am 40 this year this will be my last big effort so please lets go out with a bang and raise as much as possible !!!

As most of you will know , Helen House is where mine and Jane's beautiful son Archie decided it was time to leave us and go to Heaven .

Helen House is an amazing place with wonderfully caring staff that help people like myself , Jane and Archie try and cope with the trauma that terminal illness brings .

I know that these days money is tight but be sure that every penny that you can contribute DIRECTLY  helps families who have children that are tragically terminally ill .
