In 1998, my best Friend stopped walking . He was an up and coming fund manager in the city.  10 years later he can no longer read the paper,  he can barely recollect a conversation that took  place 10minutes earlier  and is in a care home.  I can't fathom how we haven't found a cure for this degenerative disease. Whilst we plough labs across the world, people with MS need all the support they can get to have as normal a life as possible.  As with any disease it knows no race, class or creed. It could be you - please help those living with  it NOW.
