THE CHALLENGE:
On 4th June 2009 the 10 team members and 2 support drivers will set off to Northern Ireland. At 10am on 5th June we will set off to climb the highest mountain (Slieve Donard) in Northern Ireland at 2,785ft. This will be followed by a 30mile bike ride to Lough Neagh (the largest lake in the UK). We will then cycle around the Lake following the Lough Shore Trail ending up at our start point (a 113mile ride). We will complete all the above within 24hours (some of us will struggle but we're all committed to achieve this and training is going well!!)
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Yorkshire Cancer Research gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
We are all putting in a massive effort to train for this challenge so we would really appreciate a donation, however small. We're sure you'll agree that Yorkshire Cancer Research is a very worthy cause!
So please sponsor us now!
Many Thanks
