A big THANK YOU to everyone for your support, it has been fantastic. All of your money raised PLUS the gift aid are going to an excellent charity.

It was a hard slog, especially on the last two days when we had heavy rain, sleet and finally a 30kph head-wind for most of the last day, but your money kept us going.

Having said that we had a great time. The scenery was stunning, the roads were good and the locals always courteous.

Yes, we did get aches and pains, but these were soon forgotten once we got into the warm at our two B&Bs (especially with the help of some excellent food and the odd glass of wine!).
