On 24th July I will be attempting the ride of my life (so far)... the so-called Dunwich Dynamo. At around 8pm I'll set off from London Fields in Hackney, and with any luck I'll arrive at Dunwich on the Suffolk coast some time around 6am the following morning. The total distance is 120miles (200km). Not only is this further than I've ever ridden in a single session before, but I'll be missing a whole night's sleep for the privilege, so it's a toughie!

I've chosen to raise money for Trinity Hospice in Clapham as they did a great job of looking after my Auntie Betty in the last few months of her life. It's a worthy cause so please give generously.
