A while back I had what I thought was a good idea, to run the London marathon this year, I know what you're thinking 'that is complete madness...'  well I wasn't picked in the original ballot so I thought I was off the hook for another year.... that was until over a few glasses of orange juice down the local Barney persuaded me to run with him for a charity, the charity was the Meningitis Trust.

The next morning after the initial dread of what i'd agreed to the night before it began to dawn on me that it would be a great thing to do and for a very good cause

So that in a round about way is why you're here on this page, if you are still reading  please donate as much or as little as you can, every bit counts.

Not only to make me and Barn run 26.2 miles and without doubt laugh at us at some point, but more importantly so for the charity which you will agree with us is a very worthwhile cause, and we promise not to spend any of it on beer.....

Charity Football Match to in aid of the Meningitis Trust

Location : Langleybury Cricket Club, Hunton Bridge, WD4 8RJ

Amongst other things there will be a raffle, face painting for the kids, and most importantly the bar will be open!
