Story
This is Stephanie.
I hadn't realised how rubbish Barry had been about fund-raising until we were in the car to Brighton earlier today, ie. he's done nothing; so i've taken over.
Today my dad ran the Brighton and Hove 10k for cancer research. Despite the whole "should i wear my sweat-shirt or not? should i wear it over my t-shirt or under?" panic and the fact he wasn't wearing leggings with go-faster-stripes on, he managed to run it in 1 hour and 52 seconds. Which i think is pretty amazing for a almost-50-year-old, pie-loving painter and decorator. Not to mention he was running in rain that even Noah would have been terrified of.
So please, to make all his effort worthwhile, see if you can spare just a few pounds for this amazing charity. Go on... do it. Then you can feel good about yourself all day. And we will love you forever and ever.
Thank You!!
