This year I'm supporting the North East Autism Society (NE-AS) by running a series of events including 3 Half Marathons (Keswick HM, Great North Run, Redcar HM) and several 5k and 10k races (Hamsterley 10k, Raby Castle 10k, Darlington 10k, Riverside 5k, Darlington South Park 10 Mile). I will also be attempting to run 1000 miles during 2016!

NE-AS supports families and individuals in the North East by providing understanding and support for all aspects of the autistic spectrum. Providing time and resources to help identify social, sensory and communication needs, requirements and strengths on an individual basis.
