A group of us are taking up The Grim Challenge 2009 www.grimchallenge.co.uk  to raise money for the extremely worthy cause of Help for Heroes. The challenge takes place on Saturday 5th December on Aldershot's infamous training area so it's going to be very cold, very wet and very muddy. We hope you will support us generously and make a donation to motivate our running, crawling & wading over the 8 mile course.

Please give to this worthy cause as it's one that's so close to many of us.... in particular we would like to do this in memory of the friends we have lost and those lucky enough to have returned home!!!
