Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided to set myself a challenge and do the Eton SuperSprints Triathlon on Sunday May 16th.  This entails a 400m lake swim, followed by a 20km bike ride and a 5km run.  To find out more, visit http://www.humanrace.co.uk/more-info-on-eton-supersprints-(sunday)-393.html.

I am doing this in memory of my brother, Mike and to raise funds for MDF The Bipolar Organisation.  The charity provides practical support to help people with bipolar disorder.

Here are some examples of what your donation could help MDF provide:

£10 funds one call to the Legal Advice Line, £20 funds 20 copies of the quarterly journal 'Pendulum', £50 enables MDF to send out 50 information packs, £100 supports the annual running costs of one local self-help group, £500 enables a new self help group to start up and £700 funds two places on their Self Management Training Programme.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
