Helpsmile Charity has been serving children from developing world since 2010. Mr Shailesh Vadodaria, travels along with the medical team to India and Africa to operate on children who need reconstructive surgery. We also have donated to orphanages and deserving children for their education. We assure you that all donations reach the recipients and no money is spent on any admin, as we have volunteers who do all our admin work.
