Been affected by cancer?

Most of us have, in one way or another. Personally I can count five friends or family members who have been in the last two years. So help me do something about it...

On April 28th 2010 I set off to ride 900 miles in 9 days between Lands End, on the tip of south west England, to John o'Groats at the north east corner of Scotland. I spent between six and seven hours on the bike every day, burning through 6000 daily calories!

I received hundreds of pounds in donations from friends, family members, work colleagues and, in some cases, complete strangers!

If you think this challenge was worthy of a small donation to charity please do give a little to help cancer patients and their families. It'll mean a lot to me but a great deal more to those fighting.
