The Challenge is basically a race over 6 days that involves climbing the summit of Mt Kinabalu (over 4000m!!), hiking and biking remote jungle passes and rafting Grade IV jungle rapids.

To show how seriously I'm taking this I will even be giving up the booze for a full month ahead of the event. True sacrifice indeed, but in this instance I feel its totally worthwhile.
