Story

The only mountain bike event held in the grounds of Balmoral Estate will take place on Sunday 16th June 2013.By taking part in Bike Balmoral you can help us to raise vital funds for CHILDREN 1st, supporting Scotland’s vulnerable children and families.
Families, colleagues and friends are invited to race or ride off-road in one of two routes; Swire 50km Challenge or the M&G 16km Scenic Cycle. The two separate routes give all levels of mountain bikers the opportunity to race or to ride off-road through the stunning scenery of this beautiful Royal Deeside estate, regardless of age or experience.
This event offers exclusive access to cycle in the grounds of Balmoral, whilst raising money for a fantastic cause. So if you want to ‘get on your bike’, come and join us and test your pedal power in this rarely seen wonderful countryside.
Even if you can't participate on the day, please support our charity by donating here. All money raised goes directly to CHILDREN 1, providing services for vulnerable families, protecting children from harm and neglect, helping them recover from abuse and promoting children's rights and interests.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
