Hi everybody,

I've  entered the London to Paris Cycle Challenge (September 15-18, 2010) in aid of the Alzheimer's Society, the Credit Suisse charity of the year.  Points to note:

1. Its a  470 km , 4-day  cycle ride from London to Paris.

2. This is my first long distance cycle ride. Will be a challenge to complete given the complete lack of training.

3. Every donation will go directly to the Alzheimer Society as I  cover all expenses. No bid-offer spread..
