Hi Everyone,

I've decided this year to run the Great West Run in Exeter - a 1/2 marathon so not completely mental, but considering I'm unfit (soon to be rectified through runs / eating well)...  it should be 13 miles of joy!

I'm running for The Prostate Cancer charity (read the box on the left for more details) - the reasons are close to my heart and I think it would be excellent to raise some money for them! Please give what you can as I'd appreciate it, and the charity would even more.
