Last year I ran the Cumbernauld 10k to raise money and awareness for the West Scotland Deaf Children's Society.  This year I am running again to do the same for Bliss Scotland. Our youngest son, Justin was born at 24 weeks gestation, nearly two years ago now, so I have chosen this charity which helps support the one in nine babies born too soon, too small or too sick. 

Bliss will ensure that the sponsorship raised makes a real difference to the lives of special care babies.
