I foolishly said last year that I would do the "great north swim" this year. This is a 1 mile swim in Lake windermere, I only recently found out that they don't heat it.

So here we are.

I am doing it in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis society for many reasons, but mainly as a close friend has recently been diagnosed with MS.

So please give as much as you can/ want to. You can rest assured that I won't hassle you again as it is very unlikely I will do anything like this again.
