Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I AM PLEASED TO CONFIRM THAT I COMPLETED THE RACE ON SUNDAY 6TH JULY IN A TME OF 50.19

As you know I will be running The British 10K London Run on 6th July.  It will be my first organised large scale 10K run and will be a great opportunity to improve upon my time but more importantly to raise money for a very worthwhile charity.

The course is through the heart of historic Central London and will take me past many world famous historic and iconic landmarks.

Taking part will be Olympic athletes and celebrities from stage and screen, as well as tens of thousands fun and recreational runners who will raise over a million pounds for the hundreds of participating charities and other causes.

My chosen charity is The Treehouse Trust which as you may know was Arsenal’s official charity for the 2007/8 season.  Arsenal and TreeHouse aimed to raise £250,000 to fund the sports facilities at TreeHouse’s new National Centre for Autism Education and as a consequence of that initiative I have become very aware of the work that the charity does to help transform through education, the lives of children with autism and the lives of their families.  Further details can be found at www.treehouse.org.uk.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: TreeHouse will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
