We are pleased to be taking part in RBSG's RoadRace Challenge in 2007. An integral part of this project is to raise money for our chosen charity. One aspect of our fundraising will be a sponsored cylce on the 19th May. I am delighted that Greig Phillips and Brian Totten will be joining me as we take to the Union Canal towpath and head from Gogarburn to the Falkirk Wheel.

Within 48 hours of launching the website, we have exceeded £200 from our generous sponsors. Our original target of £250 is already well within reach, and we would like to thank all those who have contributed so far - we are astonished and delighted with your response.

I have now repositioned our challenge and should we be fortunate enough to raise between £500 and £1,000, then the potential bonus from our employers will be a whopping £500. Irrespective of how much we raise, the real bonus is that we will be helping Macmillan Cancer Support)
