We offer care and support to people facing a life-limiting illness

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page in memory of our dear Mum/Nan, Brenda Hughes.

Our story:

Brenda was a loving Mother to Sue and Debbie and Nan to Laura, Michael, Katie, Lucy and Amy.   She was an inspiration to us all and never gave up hope of fighting cancer even during her time in The Peace Hospice.   She spent only a short time there, however, her last precious days were made comfortable and she was surrounded by kind and caring people.   She meant so much to us all and this is our chance to give something back to the organisation that helped us when we lost a person so close to our hearts.   The Peace Hospice is such a great charity and so deserving a cause which one day could help somebody you love and care about...

Help us to help them keep the organisation running and make those last few days as peaceful and dignified as possible.

So for those of you who don't already know, us girls have decided to take part in the 13 mile walk at midnight on 22nd May 2010 for Watford's Peace Hospice.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now!!

Thank you all
