On the 4th March 2011, twenty colleagues (listed below) from Barclays Corporate Banking team across Wales and the South West will be participating in a gruelling relay run from Cardiff to Bristol in aid of Tŷ Hafan and the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

 

Covering a total of 40 miles, the athletes(!) will depart from our Windsor Place office in Cardiff in the morning, and run in pairs or threes for approximately 4-5 miles each, through Newport, Chepstow, over the old Severn Bridge and into north Bristol, arriving at Park House in Stoke Gifford by mid afternoon (hopefully!)

 

It’s fair to say that our supreme athletes have been in training for some considerable time for this challenge, so please dig deep to sponsor your colleagues/friends/family.
