We started from Whitehaven on 3rd August cycling all the way to Tynemouth on 6th August. We actually cycled a total of 150 miles. The picture shows us at the start (top left); The sign at the highest point - 1903 feet above sea level and in the main picture us at Tynemouth. The C2C sign is a sculpture marking the start of the route at Whitehaven.

Our team comprised Steve and Andrew Iles, Pete Harris, Sean Hopkins and David Preston. We had a really enjoyable if exhausting time on the ride and met many interesting fellow cyclists and others along the way, some of whom kindly sponsored us as well.

Both Steve and Andrew have EB so we are hoping you too will dig deep and sponsor us online.
