We fund research into type 1 diabetes to find a cure for type 1 diabetes

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

As you already know Callum was diagnosed with Diabetes type 1 in July 2006. If you know Callum you will realise that this has not slowed him down in anyway!!!! His laid back approach (just like his dad!!!!)  to his illness has greatly helped us all deal with it.

We as a family have decided to raise money for the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation which pays for research into helping children manage this disease and making it easier for them.  They need as much money as we can raise and hopefully in the near future a solution will be found.

We are going to do a 5 mile walk around Greenwich park on Sunday 11th October 2009 (hopefully that will tire Callum out !!!!) You are more than welcome to join us, but only after you have sponsored us !!!!!!!

But seriously if you want to get your friends and family to sponsor you let me know and we will get you all the forms you need.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, now sponsor us and have a nice day!!!!!

Love from   Pete, Mary, Hayley & Callum x x x x x
