I have set myself a personal challenge and hope to raise money for the Prince's Trust at the same time. On 15th March I will be cycling the gruelling 54 miles between London and Brighton. 4 weeks ago I had not sat on a bike for at least a decade, so I have been training most days in the gym and cycling round Richmond Park at the weekend (hence the deers in the background of the picture!!).

The Prince's Trust is an amazing charity which has helped over 500,000 young people between the ages of 14 and 30 to overcome barriers and change their lives. The Prince's Trust works on  education, training and employment projects around the UK.
