Thank you very much for visiting my fundraising page. As you know I will be running the London Marathon on 13th April – a prospect I am quite frankly dreading! A huge incentive, however, is the sponsorship money that I will raise for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The loss of my godmother to MND in 2000 made me aware of the tremendous work that the MND Association carries out in the UK. They enable everyone with MND to receive the best care, achieve the highest quality of life possible and to die with dignity. The Association also funds and promotes research to understand what causes MND, how to diagnose it and, most importantly, how to effectively treat it so that it can no longer devastate lives.

I therefore hope that you will consider sponsoring my run and, in doing so, donating to the MND Association. Donating through this site is totally secure and is the most efficient way to sponsor me.
