Whether you're a seasoned cyclist, a reluctant runner or a world-class walker, this is your challenge to do your way.
Take on the challenge yourself or split the 100k distance between your family and friends and complete the challenge in days, weeks, or just take your time and go at a pace that suits you.
To reach your first milestone, raise a minimum of £50.00 to receive an MS Society branded t-shirt/vest/cycling jersey!
Every pound raised will help us get one step closer to stopping MS.

1. Sign up by setting up your JustGiving fundraising page. Simply click start fundraising above and follow the steps.
2. Complete 100k or 100miles by yourself or split the distance among others
3. Let us know when you have completed your distance
4. Spread the word to let everyone know that you help stop MS by sharing photos on social media and tag @mssocietyni
