100K Your Way - our 'no pressure' February fitness challenge

Welcome to our 'no pressure' challenge - and when we say 'no pressure' we really mean it! You choose exactly WHERE, WHEN and HOW you complete your 100 kilometres - all that we ask is that you do it within the month of February. The best of luck!

For 35 years, St Luke’s has been providing free of charge specialist palliative care and support for people in mid & south Cheshire living with life limiting illnesses. Our support begins from the moment someone is diagnosed, through to palliative care and then ultimately end of life care.

Story

Welcome to 100K Your Way!

This is the latest campaign from St Luke's Hospice and it's all about getting fit, taking in some fresh air, exploring the local area and raising vital funds to support our Hospice.

Participants have the month of February (precisely 4 weeks) to complete 100 Kilometres (or 62.1 miles) and how they do it is totally down to them. They may wish to run, walk, swim, cycle... whatever.

Of course all of our participants will have various motivations for taking part. Some may have a close connection to the Hospice, others will relish the idea of been out and about with a purpose, while some will see completing 100 kilometres in a month as something very much out of their usual routine. We thank EVERY SINGLE ONE for taking part.

Every pound raised will go to support patient care, and with February been a traditionally 'slow' month for fundraising, this campaign is particularly important so that we can keep providing our services free of charge.

Thank you so much for your support and good luck to all participants!
