100K Your Way is the latest fundraising campaign for St Luke's Hospice, taking place throughout the month of February. 

I will be aiming to row 100 Kilometres in 28 days. Sometimes on the water in a boat and sometimes on a rowing machine in the gym. 

Every single pound raised goes directly to patient care, to help support more local people and their families at a time in their lives when they need it most. 

Whatever amount you can spare to support this wonderful local cause will be greatly appreciated.
