Story

Age UK West Cumbria dares you to take on the challenge...

What is the 115 Challenge?

Named because the oldest person in the UK was 115, this unique fundraising event is designed to create awareness and raise vital funds for Age UK West Cumbria's invaluable services and programs.

The challenge is simple but impactful – participants are encouraged to complete 115 activities from 1st August to the 31st August every year.

Whether you choose to walk, run, cycle, or even swim – every mile counts and brings us closer to our fundraising goal. Don't worry if you're not an athlete; the 115 Challenge is open to all ages and fitness levels. You can take part in the 115 challenge by picking an activity more suited to your lifestyle such as taking 115 photographs throughout the month of August, or maybe you will choose to play a game for 115 hours, you could fundraise at work by volunteering yourself to make 115 cups of tea for your colleagues.
