Story
The North East Bulls Wheelchair Rugby Club established in 2002 and has been the social hub for it's members ever since. The club enters a team into the national league run by the governing body, Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby. The club is an integral part of our members lives and most importantly for a lot of our members, their recovery following a life changing spinal cord injury.
The North East Bulls WRC are a registered charity in England, and our sole purpose is the relief of disabled people through sport. Through wheelchair rugby we endeavour to improve the lives of our members and make a positive impact on their physical, social and mental wellbeing.
Over the years the club has been committed to make wheelchair rugby as accessible as possible for our members, and we seek to dampen the financial impact our sport has on our members. Through rugby wheelchair chair grants and covering accommodation expenses while attending competitions, the club have helped our members over come the financial barriers they would normally be faced with.
We are finding it increasingly difficult to help with these costs now alongside competition entry fee’s, training venue hire aswell as wheelchair maintenance and so we are seeking to raise essential funds to help our club continue to make a positive impact on our members lives.
Please help us to reach our fundraising target, we are seeking sponsorship, grant funding and donations. To speak with us about any sponsorship opportunities please get in touch with us at info@nebullswrc.com
