With the UN reporting more conflicts around the world today than at any time since the end of the Second World War, we urgently need your help to be able to continue providing support to freelance journalists in Syria, Sudan, Gaza, Ukraine, Myanmar as well as providing vital safety training and therapy to journalists on every continent including the UK, US and Europe.

The past twelve months have been the deadliest for the media since the Committee to Protect Journalists began keeping records more than thirty years ago. So many freelancers have needed help that, with a third of 2025 still remaining, our Crisis Fund is almost empty.
