- Share your page wherever you can - direct messages, social media, to colleagues at work as well as family and friends. Spread the message wide and far to get the most sponsorship you can - and ask others to share to their network too.

- You can add your Fundraising Page QR code to your Mobile Wallet for easy sharing. All you have to do is scroll to the ''Share'' button on your page, which should bring up the ''Add to Wallet'' button. Your donor can then scan QR code to go visit your page instantly - donation made easy!

- Make the most of milestones! When you're 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% to your target amount, make sure to share your page around to boost your donations and surpass your milestones.

- We know that the week of, and the week after an event, can be the best time for sponsorship coming in. So make sure to push your page again then - it's never too late!

What is Castle to Castle?

Our annual Castle 2 Castle running challenge is back on Sunday 20th September 2026, and we need you now more than ever. With 1 in 2 of us being affected by cancer, the community of patients that rely on your support is growing.

Anybody comfortable with running (or walking) a length of 11 miles can take part in Castle 2 Castle 2026 – a stunning and iconic route through South Wales's Taff Trail from Caerphilly Castle all the way to Cardiff city centre. We ask runners to raise £50.

So, get your running shoes on, get training, and join us for this truly magical run.

And the best part: 100% of the money you raise will be invested in the cancer services and support provided here in Wales through Velindre Cancer Charity. With each mile, you will be providing hope for a population of 1.7 million people.
