On the 20th September I'll be taking part in Velindre's iconic Castle 2 Castle charity run.

Me doing a ROAD race if you can imagine! No trails or Dolly either!

I've chosen to do this because unfortunately Cancer has hit my family, it's hit us hard.

My mam was recently diagnosed with gallbladder cancer, and as you can imagine we are devastated. But we are trying to be positive and one of the driving forces behind this is Velindre.

I’m doing this run to raise money for Velindre, a cause that means so much to us right now. Cancer affects so many families and I hope that by taking part I can help support the amazing work they do for the people that have to face this dreadful disease.

Every donation will help put us ALL a step forward against Cancer.
