Together, we’re making every mile count for autistic people.
Thank you so much for your support — whether you're taking part in the challenge or donating to someone who is, you’re helping to change lives.
This June, amazing supporters like you are walking, running, swimming — even unicycling! — 30 miles over 30 days to raise funds for Active Prospects, a Surrey-based charity supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live the lives they choose.
Whether it’s one mile a day or a few longer bursts each week, every mile is helping us provide personalised support that empowers people to live more independently, build confidence, and reach their goals.
When you support the 30 Miles in June challenge, you’re standing behind people like Musa, who is autistic and suffers with seizures.
Just a year ago, Musa was facing significant health challenges that limited his independence. But with dedicated, person-centred support from his team at Active Prospects, everything began to change.
Musa’s team focused on what truly mattered to him — his interests, hopes, and future. Now, Musa volunteers at a local foodbank and at NHS East Surrey Hospital, and he’s about to start his very first paid role helping professionals better understand autism and learning disabilities.
He’s also taken charge of his home, enjoys cooking, and has formed meaningful friendships. He recently told us:
“It really means so much to me. To be seen and heard — this is only just the beginning for me.”
Musa’s journey shows what’s possible with the right support — and your fundraising helps make that possible for more people.
