Make this summer one to remember with 31 Miles in August – a fun, flexible challenge designed to fit around the school holidays.

Complete 31 miles across August in whatever way works best for you. Take part as a family, with friends, or on your own – everyone is welcome.

Walk, run, jog, wheel or scoot, and spread your miles in a way that suits your routine. There’s no right or wrong way to take part.

Every mile you complete and every pound you raise will help support people living with and affected by diabetes.
