Transform Housing & Support
Transform Housing & Support provides specialist housing and support to homeless and vulnerable people. Supporting clients to reach their goals via a pathway to independence, the journey enabling clients to live independent and fulfilling lives.
We provide this support to more than 1,800 people each year, across Surrey but also in West Sussex, Wokingham and the London Borough of Sutton.
We provide safe and secure housing where our clients can call home.
Our tailored one to one support enables people to be independent.
Transform Housing & Support has supported over 30,000 homeless and vulnerable people since it was founded in 1972. However, there is still more to do, our services are needed more than ever.
