Transform housing and support are a specialist housing and support provider for homeless and vulnerable people. We support over 1,800 people each year, primarily in Surrey, but also its surrounding areas.

Our purpose is to enable homeless and vulnerable people to live independent and fulfilled lives.

We support individuals with a range of complex and multiple needs, including marginalised young people and care leavers, individuals with mental health issues, people with learning, physical and sensory disabilities, people facing substance misuse issues, ex-offenders, victims of domestic abuse and vulnerable older age people.

We provide a range of specialist supported housing and alongside our accommodation, we also provide tailored floating support services. Each client is offered a safe, comfortable and affordable place to live and through the one to one person centred support provided each individual is empowered to reach their personal goals towards independence.
