Transform Housing & Support provides support to homeless and vulnerable people, supporting them to reach their goals and live independent and fulfilling lives. We provide this support to more than 1,800 people each year, in Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire and Southwest London.

We provide safe and secure housing where our clients can call home. We also provide specialist, individual tailored support to enable people to be independent.

In our 50 year history, we have supported over 30,000 homeless and vulnerable people to date. However, there is still more to do, our services are needed more than ever.
