Story

62 miles. One month. Your challenge, your way. 💙🧡

Take on 62 miles this October and make every mile count. Run, walk, jog or move your way to the finish line. Spread your miles across the month or challenge yourself to go further at the weekends. However you do it, every mile matters.

Every mile you cover and every pound you raise will help Diabetes UK continue to support people living with and affected by diabetes and fund life changing research.

With more than 6 million people in the UK living with diabetes, your challenge can make a real difference.

So, lace up, get moving and make your 62 miles count. Are you ready to take on the challenge this autumn? 🍁💙🧡
