Story
Every week 600 people are given the life-changing news that they have epilepsy. You can support vital research to achieve a life free from epilepsy by taking part in our 6 for the 600 challenge.
All you need to do is think of an activity based around the number 6, 60 or even 600 if youre feeling brave! Then simply set up a fundraising page and ask people to sponsor you for your challenge.
There are no rules, other than following the government guidelines on social distancing and exercising safely. Your challenge can be anything you want it to be, so get your thinking caps on!
Here are some ideas for you:
- Run 600 laps of your garden
- See how many peas you can eat with a cocktail stick in 60 seconds
- Do a workout, complete with 60 burpees, 60 press ups, 60 squats, 60 sit ups
- Wear 60 items of clothes
- Bounce 600 times on a trampoline
- Create 6 pieces of artwork and sell them to raise money for ERUK
- Run or cycle 60km in a day, a week, whatever you like
- Do a video relay with 6 people with each of you taking on a challenge walk, skip, jump, bike, hop, hula hoop, the possibilities are endless!
