Every two hours, someone in the UK will become paralysed. Globally, it is estimated that 15.4 million people are living with paralysis. At Spinal Research our vision is to create a world where paralysis can be cured, no matter when the injury occurred or where in the world.

Story

We will be taking on 3 peaks, in 3 countries, in just 3 days, all to raise vital funds for Spinal Research.

Your support will help Spinal Research fund more research into the devastating effects of paralysis to give hope to those living with a spinal cord injury.

The Challenge

Day 1 - We will travel to Courmayeur, Italy to hike high above Val Veny and Val Ferret. Taking in views of the dramatic ridges of Mont Blanc as well as beautiful trails below the Miage Glacier. A likely summit will be Testa Bernarda (2,534 metres).

Day 2 - We will likely summit Bel Oiseau (2,652 metres in Switzerland which stands twice the height of Ben Nevis and overlooks the pristine waters of Lac Emosson with views to Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn.

Day 3 - We will trek on the Aiguilles Rouges in Chamonix, France with Mont Blanc right in front of us. Summitting Aiguillette des Posettes (2,323 metres).
