Join us on 25th July 2021 running the Asics London 10k and help us raise funds for The Friends of The Royal London Hospital (Whitechapel).

The 10k route is fast and flat, and takes you past many of the most iconic landmarks of central London. After the 2020 event was cancelled, we are excited at the opportunity to re-create the wonderful atmosphere and buzz enjoyed in previous years' runs. We'd love to have you run with us this year! The Friends of The Royal London Hospital have been supporting the RLH since 1979. All of us are volunteers, and with no paid staff, it means that almost all of the funds we raise are provided as grants to improve the experience of patients during their stay, and to provide equipment and services that directly benefit both patients and staff of the hospital.
