BM Weekend is a wonderful local event and we are looking forward to the 2021 event. Our team of runners and cyclists have signed up to take on a challenge of a 10km, marathon, or 50 km cycle ride through the streets of Brighton, our home.

All the money raised from the weekend events will be spent on improving care for patients at our four hospitals. Your sponsorship donation will be used to purchase state-of-the-art equipment, provide specialty training for staff, complete environmental upgrades to treatment areas, and fund innovative research projects.

We are grateful to be able to serve the thousands of runners, spectators and supporters that come to Brighton during the marathon weekend. Many of the staff at BSUH NHS Trust volunteer on the medical team that assess and treat runners during the event. Our A&E department also requires extra staffing to ensure we are able to look after the surge in our local population for the weekend.
