How can I get involved?
During June stride out each day: whether this is up and down your favourite local hills, your garden, or your staircase. Then add up your daily steps to discover which summits you've conquered.
Decide how far you would like to walk: do you want to challenge yourself to climb the equivalent of Ben Nevis (22,000 steps)? How about an even great challenge and walk up and down 'Everest' (136,000 steps)?
Choose how many days you'll do this in: a focused weekend or a more leisurely three weeks?
