Duchess Toe Amputation

An elderly lurcher called Duchess found her Furever Home and we promise ALL our older dogs support if they need help with big medical bills. Duchess has to have part of her toe amputated because of a nasty accident where her nail was ripped out

Story

Poor Duchess, an elderly lurcher girl, ripped her toe nail out in a nasty accident and at first the bleeding wouldnt stop and the blood wasnt clotting. A week later and the injury hasnt even started to heal so on Monday shell have the bone amputated to remove the quick too as otherwise the risk is ongoing pain, discomfort and blood loss.

FFH was set up to help dogs in need. We work hard to rescue & rehome stray & abandoned dogs, we support some smaller rescues in the UK - and generally try to make a difference, one dog at a time, wherever help is needed! We always need volunteers AND funds if you can help?
