Story
Most people think of slavery as a thing of the past, but it is actually estimated that there are more people trapped in slavery today than at any other point in human history. That is why Anti-Slavery Day takes place on 18th October each year, to raise awareness and put a spotlight on the fact that millions of men, women and children continue to be victims of slavery, depriving them of basic human dignity and freedom. We are inviting you to Go The Distance to help raise the vital funds and awareness needed to ensure we can help rescue and restore more people affected by this horrendous crime.
